Common questions
What is a credit?
Conversions are metered in credits. A standard page costs 1 credit; OCR, complex tables, and high-fidelity routes cost more per page.
Do credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once at 20% off and grant the full year's credits up front for the period.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing and top up the credit difference; downgrades adjust at the same time. You can cancel anytime.
What happens when credits run out?
Conversions pause until your next reset or an upgrade.
Does the API use the same credits?
Yes. API and web conversions draw from one credit balance. API access is included on paid plans.
What are the file limits?
Each plan sets a maximum file size, pages per file, and files per month. See the plan cards above.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers trying conversion with a low monthly credit allowance and small file limits, no card required.
